He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountancy (Intermediate) professional.
He has extensive experience in advising corporates on strategic financial transactions and capital-raising initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has successfully advised and executed several Equity Capital Markets (ECM) mandates, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Qualified Institutions Placements (QIPs), Buybacks, Delistings, and other strategic corporate finance transactions. His expertise lies in delivering practical, value-driven solutions while supporting clients in achieving their long-term strategic and growth objectives.
Prajesh Maneklal Rupareliya is a Director of the Company, providing strategic leadership in shaping the Company's vision, long-term growth strategy, and governance framework. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening corporate governance practices, enhancing board effectiveness, driving succession planning, and fostering leadership development to support sustainable business growth.
He also leads the development and implementation of remuneration and incentive frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, and performance-driven compensation, while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with the long-term interests of shareholders and other stakeholders.
Tatsat Mandar Mehta is a Director of the Company with extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, has completed the Executive Program for Young Managers from IIM Calcutta, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from People's Education Society University.
He has significant expertise in business development, sales and marketing, and transaction advisory. Over the course of his career, he has successfully supported and led end-to-end execution of a wide range of strategic transactions, including Equity Capital Markets (ECM) mandates such as IPOs and QIPs, Private Equity investments, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
